Stress Kills!


Stress is a lot more serious than once believed. If you are someone who is easily stressed, listen to this. According to a new study, you may have as much as twice the risk of having a heart attack as someone who has a more stress free life.
But what can you do to have a more stress free life? Studies have shown that many times, stress is something that is perceived by the individual. Some people can control stress by simply not letting it overpower them. In reality this is what most stress relieving exercises are designed to do, take your mind off your stress.
About the best thing you can do in the short term is to simply be aware that you have a choice when it comes to stress. You can either let it rule your life, and apparently make it shorter, or you can rule it by relaxing and realizing that life goes on and tomorrows another day. I think we should all choose life.
